My Journey

Where Faith, Experience & Purpose Meet

For more than three decades, Dr. Gates developed expertise in budgeting, financial management, leadership, and stewardship through a career in government service. At the same time, her journey in ministry, Christian education, teaching, writing, and coaching continued to deepen.

What may appear to be separate paths have become one integrated calling: helping people recognize what God has placed within them and in their hands—and equipping them to develop and steward it faithfully.

Today, she brings those experiences together through teaching, coaching, speaking, assessments, books, Bible studies, and practical resources designed to help people discover, grow, and steward well.
